Will be traveling to Oklahoma City for about a week in August and was
wondering what the local packet frequencies are there. Supposedly I'll be
staying in one of the hotels (Radison?) in downtown. Would appreciate any
info on packet frequencies, node/digipeater callsigns, etc.

To: ham-digital@ucsd.edu
I wondered if anyone has experience in connecting a Kenwood TS-850s to an AEA
PK-232 controller?
Pins 3 and 4(ground) on accessory plug ACC2 are recommended as the source of
the audio signal FROM the 850 TO the PK-232. I might be mistaken but I don't
find the level of that signal sufficient to drive the PK-232.
If you have any experience connecting these two units, I would appreciate your
comments.
Please send responses DIRECTLY to the address below. Thank you.

The Newark Extras from Rural Delaware State, or N.E.R.D.S., will be holding
a 5 watt QRP battery power operation on Field Day from Iron Hill Park,
New Castle County, Delaware. We will be on HF, packet and satellite.
Not to mention on top of a large magnetic iron mountain under a metal
roof during expected thunderstorms.
Please listen for WN3K and try to work us. Thanks.
